Job Summary

We are looking for an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
  • Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications

  • Eagerness to improve
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process

Automotive Payroll Associate

     We are now accepting applications to join our accounting department as a Payroll Associate. This is a high-volume automotive dealership business with a long-standing relationship in          the market area.

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that payroll data including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions are obtained and are in the system prior to running payroll batches.
  • Process payroll-related procedures/transactions for all employees.  Directly responsible for processing all bonuses, commissions, check reversals, and reissues
  • Ensure that accurate payroll information is integrated into the financial and accounting systems timely.
  • Ensure that all required taxes, 401K, garnishments, and child support are completed in a timely manner.
  • All other reasonable duties, as assigned.
